Attorney Sammi D. Nachtigal
Growing up on my family’s farm in rural South Dakota, I learned at a young age that achieving any goal requires dedication, perseverance, and resilience. I learned to have grit. As an attorney, this is the type of representation I provide to my clients.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2015. I attended the University of Minnesota Law School and graduated in 2019 with a concentration in criminal justice. Prior to graduating from law school, I worked for two years as a certified student attorney for the Indian Child Welfare Act Clinic where I helped defend parents facing child protection proceedings. I also worked as a certified student attorney for the City of Minneapolis – Criminal Division where I represented the city in petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor cases. I was a staff member and editor for Law & Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice.
I began working as a law clerk at Meshbesher & Associates in January 2018. After being admitted to the Minnesota Bar, I was hired as an associate to work on criminal defense and personal injury cases. If you are in trouble or have been injured, I am happy to speak with you today about your case.
